The rich historical and artistic heritage of Extremadura (Spain) is an interesting destination for tourism, research and knowledge. Part of it has already been studied, but Trujillo's legacy, built between the 13th and 19th centuries, was unknown: the Caserío de Pascualete, Matilla de los Almendros, El Carrascal, Palacio Viejo, Casa de Casco, Palacio de Doña Catalina or Magasquilla de los Álamos, among others, speak of a wonderful wealth. In this book you will find a comprehensive analysis of Trujillo from the perspective of the connection of the city with its territory throughout history and a detailed catalogue of the most important palaces, fortified houses and country houses that are still preserved in its rural landscape.
