This article will analyze the set of works carried out in the Peñafiel castle, the walls and the construction process of the disappeared palace of the Duke of Osuna, which is located between the Royal Convent of St. John and St. Paul, and the square of San Miguel de Reoyo, a place where The Téllez-Girón family, holders of the Marquisate of Peñafiel, concentrated their political interests from the 16th century onwards.
