Taking as a starting point examples of archaeological parks and areas with open-air rock engravings from the Spanish, European and Central Asian context, with the protagonism of the Galician Group of Rock Art, a comparative study of their various models of management, protection and promotion is made in order to extract the differences and similarities. This analysis serves to highlight the virtues and shortcomings of each model and to analyse the current state of affairs based in these results.
